Success, Physiology And Brain Health

Physiology and your success are related, what you put in your mouth affect the health of your brain, the decisions you make and your responses.

If you want to succeed in life, in business your overall brain health matters and so does what you ingest.

So how do you know if you have a healthy brain verse an unhealthy brain, an injured brain?

The health of your brain is connected to your behavior! So if you have a difficult partner or bad boss, it could be that they have a brain injury, or toxic exposure according to Physician Daniel Amen.

Without imaging, a SPECT Scan you cannot not tell for sure. Having spent some time working with an imaging company (PET scans) I came across this information and thought you would find this interesting because your overall brain health is connected to your success in life and in business.

But according to Daniel Amen, Adult and Child Psychiatrist, of Amen Clinics since 1989 and Author of “Change Your Brain, Change Your Body” there are certain strategies positive and negative that impact the overall health of your brain.

What’s very important to note is that you can choose to implement specific strategies right now that could lead to overall brain health improvement for the future, better decision making, better relationships and success in your business/career. We will take a look at some of these strategies in a moment.

Let me ask you this, do you think before you react to situations, make decisions or are you on autopilot knee jerking left and right and not experiencing the outcomes you want in life or business?

It is possible that you could have brain injury, without knowing.

Do you know that sports can lead to brain injury, that can cause you to have difficulty in making good decisions? Also what you put in your mouth has a direct correlation to how healthy your brain is.

This post is really a true example of the cliche, you are what you eat. Healthy lifestyle, clean living and positive outlook in life will I think, make you genius. Lol. Kidding aside, but it’s true! 🙂
