The heart and mindset of a champion, a thriver of breast cancer a champion in life!
During the last several weeks, I have had the honor of celebrating, listening and collaborating with several women, champion women of courage, strength and positive women who are thriving beyond breast cancer.
What a humbling experience to meet and interview these courageous and strong women. Women who had been diagnosed with the disease that affects on average one in every eight women. A journey that ended far too soon for my best friend who passed away at the age of just 33 to breast cancer.
Their stories on thriving beyond breast cancer are inspiring, encouraging and give hope, belief and hold a place of positiveness for other women whose lives have been touched by this disease. These women, are women just like you and me. Mom’s, Grandmother’s, Sisters and Daughters. Professional women, entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders, leaders in their community and leaders in their personal life.
You will be able to read in more detail about their stories and journey through breast cancer in my new book “A Champion’s Guide To Thriving Beyond Breast Cancer”.
Many athletes have also won their battle with breast cancer, Peggy Fleming and Martina Navratilova to name a few. Celebrities including Jaclyn Smith and Sheryl Crow are also survivors, thrivers and champions at heart.
As I continue to meet and interview these courageous women I am grateful and honored that I am able to help them share their voice, share their stories because I know together we can help so many more women out there in the world whose lives have been touched with breast cancer.
If you or someone you know may have interest in sharing your voice, your story, your journey and survival of breast cancer as a way to serve, help and give hope and belief to other women diagnosed I invite you to get in touch me with here via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Be brave, be bold, be beautiful.
