Thank you for all that you are!
You, yes you… are such a blessing, a unique and beautiful person. You truly are a gift to those in your life. My heart simply wants to say thank you, thank you to you. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine for lighting up the world of your family and friends through a simple smile, a warm word or two, a listening ear. Thank you for the kind gestures.
Thank you for holding the door open and letting me through when others wouldn’t have cared. Thank you for getting up and giving up your seat to let me sit and rest a while. Thank you for believing in me when no-one else did. Thank you for your time you donate and hours you volunteer that help to make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for simply noticing me, my work and acknowledging me for who I am. Thank you for calling me to the work I know you have placed me here to do. Thank you for opening doors so I could go through. Thank you for closing doors that do not serve your highest purpose. Thank you for all that you are.
Thank you for being such a caring mom, who is always there to listen to me, to help and guide me when I need it most. Thank you for being warm and welcoming and for your hospitality, you are such a good friend. Thank you for knowing when to just sit and listen and for giving me the space to think. Thank you for holding me in the palm of your hand as I share with you my inner most feelings and thank you for helping me to feel safe doing so.
Thank you for guiding me on the journey you have set before me and for bringing the right people into and out of my life
Thank you for caring when it felt like nobody else did. Thank you for your courage, your bravery and for standing up and fighting for our country when the easier and harder thing to do would have been to not do. Thank you for being such an inspiration and role model in our children’s lives each day and for teaching them the foundation and good character ethics that will serve them later in life.
Thank you for being a wonderful mentor, for raising the bar and encouraging me to dig deeper, go further, reach higher and for allowing me the space to grow. Thank you for being the most cherished and loved person in my life, for reminding me that I too can still play and visit my own inner child. Thank you for the privilege and honor of being a parent and role model to my children. Thank you for the things they teach me too.
So thank you. Thank you for all that you are. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for being you.
From my heart to yours, wishing you a heartfelt thanksgiving wherever you are, whoever you are with and what ever you are doing.
