SalmonStudies have found that Omega-3 long chain fatty acids are essential for healthy brain development. Research also suggests that helping children to perform at higher levels of performance may be possible with supplementation of Omega-3’s. As parents, we care about the brain health of our children, and there are several ways in which we can help supplement our children’s daily diet with Omega-3’s. Promoting healthy brain development with good nutrition helps our future generation to perform better. Good sources of Omega -3’s include salmon, sardines, tuna and chia seeds.
